Despite a 51-38 defeat in the final, the Libyan team showcased a heroic effort worthy of praise, with South Africa taking an early lead in the first quarter. However, Libya rallied in the second quarter and delivered an outstanding performance in both the third and fourth quarters, nearly achieving a comeback in the final period.
Following the match, the tournament referees were honored and outstanding players received awards, including Faraj Arheem winning the Best Playmaker award, and Milad Abujrada receiving the Best Defensive Midfielder award.
