The first leg of the Libyan Premier League reached its end on Tuesday evening, with the last two matches in Group Four, and the results saw Al-Dhahra achieve their first victory in this stage.
In an exciting match at the Naher Al-Sina’i Stadium, Al-Dhahra managed to snatch a valuable victory over Al-Khums with a clear goal, which came from a penalty kick successfully executed by striker Rawid bin Hamid in the 66th minute.
Despite this victory, Al-Dhahra remains in last place with 5 points, while Al-Khums’ balance froze at 10 points in fifth place.
In another match in the same group, Al-Ahly Tripoli continued its series of victories, defeating Abi Al-Ashhar with two clean goals, signed by the star Hamdou Al-Houni, and the Congolese professional Mabouloulo, who scored his tenth goal in the league, to top the list of scorers for the first leg.
With this result, Al-Ahly Tripoli consolidated its lead in the group with 24 points, achieving a perfect score with 8 consecutive victories, while Abi Al-Ashhar, who was newly promoted to the Premier League, remained in eighth place with 5 points.
