The National Oil Corporation (NOC) announced today, Wednesday, a slight decline in crude oil production rates over the past 24 hours, reaching 1.388 million barrels, a decrease of 6,000 barrels compared to the production rates recorded last Tuesday, which were 1.394 million barrels.
According to NOC data, condensate production reached 48,727 barrels, while natural gas production reached 2.472 billion cubic feet.
The NOC launched an exploration licensing round, the first of its kind for international companies to invest in the Libyan market, with the aim of increasing the overall oil and gas reserves.
