Ali Al-Abed, Minister of Labor and Rehabilitation in the Government of National Unity, held a meeting with Gianluca Alberini, the Italian Ambassador to Libya, during which they discussed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in the field of vocational training and the qualification of national cadres, as well as exploring available job opportunities in partnership with Italian companies operating in Libya.
Discussions focused on the establishment of the “Libyan-Italian Vocational Training Center” in Zuwara, which aims to qualify graduates according to international accreditation standards and to benefit from advanced Italian expertise in implementing programs that enhance employment opportunities in the oil and gas sectors.
Both parties emphasized the need to expedite the completion of the center’s equipment to ensure its launch as soon as possible.
