Abdul Hamid Dabaiba, the Prime Minister of Libya’s Government of National Unity, has issued Decision No. 14 of 2025, assigning Nazeha Ashour, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice for Courts, and Prosecutions Affairs to lead an official mission to Tunisia.
The visit aims to monitor the conditions of Libyan detainees in Tunisia and to coordinate with the Libyan Embassy regarding Libyan citizens who violate border-crossing regulations. Ashour will be accompanied by an official delegation that includes the head of the Passports, Nationality, and Foreigners Affairs Department, the Director-General of the Customs Department, and the Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation
