The National Development Agency’s headquarters in Sirte witnessed the signing of a series of strategic agreements, within the framework of implementing Vision 2030 launched by the Agency.
The agreements included vital projects such as the construction of the “Obour Al-Batal” bridge in Sabha, the completion of the second phase of the (Sirte-Sukhna-Sabha) road, spanning 182 kilometers, and the development of Sirte Commercial Port.
The signing ceremonies were attended by Mahmoud Al-Farjani, Executive Director of the National Development Agency, representing the Libyan side, and Engineer Mohamed Amin Al-Dakhmisi, Executive Director of THE ARK Egyptian Company, representing the Egyptian side.
These projects aim to bring about a qualitative leap in the infrastructure of transportation networks and ports, positively impacting the country’s economic activity.
This step is an implementation of the directives of Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, the General Commander, and with direct follow-up from Lieutenant General Saddam Haftar, Chief of Staff of the Ground Forces, who is considered a patron of youth and development projects.
