The United Nations called on all concerned parties to act responsibly and immediately cease the publication and dissemination of false information, stressing the necessity for public discourse to be based on facts and reliable information, with full adherence to universally recognized human rights.
The United Nations commended the commitment of national authorities and Libyan municipalities to address issues of concern to Libyan citizens, it affirms that its support for efforts to manage the migration file aligns perfectly with Libya’s national priorities, while emphasizing the importance of preserving state sovereignty.
