The city of Derna witnessed the inauguration of the new administrative complex, in the presence of Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, the General Commander of the Libyan Armed Forces, Counselor Aguila Saleh, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dr. Osama Hammad, Head of the Libyan Government, and Engineer Al-Qasim Haftar, Director General of the Development and Reconstruction Fund of Libya.
During the inauguration ceremony, Field Marshal Haftar praised the outstanding level of project execution, emphasizing the importance of continuing efforts to develop services and improve the quality of life in the city. He also stressed the need to accelerate the pace of work on other service projects to strengthen local infrastructure.
