General Khalid Haftar has officially assumed his duties as Chief of Staff of the Libyan Armed Forces, following a formal handover ceremony with his predecessor, General Abdulrazak Al-Nadhuri.
The ceremony took place at the General Command headquarters, in the presence of Deputy Commander-in-Chief General Saddam Haftar, head of the handover committee General Al-Hadi Al-Fallah, and several senior military officials.
In his address during the event, General Khaled Haftar praised the efforts of General Al-Nadhouri in managing the affairs of the military institution, commending his performance and dedication throughout his time as Chief of Staff.
