The session focused on the importance of activating national policies to ensure equal opportunities and creating practical mechanisms that guarantee women’s effective presence in decision-making. The salon also addressed the challenges facing women in electoral processes and the ways to expand their empowerment and support their active involvement in the democratic path, thus strengthening their presence in various leadership positions
