The “Youth Uprising of West Tripoli Cities” movement has issued an open call for residents of the capital and western region to join a public demonstration on Tuesday at Algeria Square in Tripoli, expressing support for the formation of a unified Libyan government.
In its statement, the movement firmly rejected war and the ongoing misuse of public funds, voicing full support for the United Nations mission’s roadmap aimed at resolving the Libyan crisis.
The movement emphasized the importance of unity and collective action to build a stable and secure future, concluding its call with a slogan that carried a message of hope and national solidarity:
“Together for peace, for the nation, and for the future of our children.”
The rally takes place amid growing calls to unify institutions and end political fragmentation, with hopes that this demonstration will mark a step toward achieving a national consensus.
