Libyan Transport Minister Reviews Airbus and Indra Technologies at International Civil Aviation Forum

Mohamed Salem Al-Shahoubi, the Minister of Transport in the Government of National Unity, conducted a visit to the sites of Airbus and Indra within the technical exhibition held on the sidelines of the forty-second session of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) General Assembly.
The Minister’s visit to Airbus included reviewing the company’s plans regarding the manufacturing of electric aircraft engines as an alternative to relying on traditional fuel, where he received detailed explanations of the company’s future projects.
At the site of the Spanish company Indra, the Minister listened to a comprehensive presentation on the latest air traffic management systems developed by the firm, which are systems aimed at improving the efficiency of air navigation operations.
