Deputy Commander and General Chief of Staff Review Military Development Plans

In the Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar Military City, a meeting took place, jointly chaired by the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Saddam Haftar, and the General Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Khalid Haftar.
The meeting included heads of specialised general staffs and commanders of various departments and authorities within the Armed Forces. Discussions centred on monitoring the progress of work within the forces’ presidencies, departments, and bodies. Furthermore, comprehensive plans for development and modernisation were scrutinised. These strategies incorporate intensive training and qualification programmes designed to enhance the troops’ competence and, crucially, bolster their combat readiness.
