The Nafir Movement organised a solidarity event in Zliten’s Al-Sa’ah Square under the banner of the “Readers’ Stand – Al-Yamamah Stand,” affirming support for the Palestinian cause and demonstrating solidarity with the people of Gaza and Jerusalem. The rally saw wide public attendance, alongside significant participation from Qur’an memorisers (students of the Holy Qur’an), sheikhs and scouts, all arriving from within Zliten and neighbouring areas.
Participants affirmed that solidarity with the Palestinian people is a religious and humanitarian duty, stressing that the keepers of the Qur’an represent a continuation of the nation’s mission to defend its just causes, foremost among them Palestine and Jerusalem.
The rally’s core objectives centred on expressing absolute support for the steadfastness of Gaza’s residents and issuing an explicit call for the boycott of products supporting the Zionist entity. The overarching message concluded with an assertion that Jerusalem will forever remain in the conscience of the Islamic Nation, serving as an enduring symbol of faith, dignity and principled steadfastness.
