The final match of the “Reconstruction Cup” tournament, held at the Benghazi International Stadium, was attended by a high-profile official delegation led by the General Commander, Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar.
The high-ranking attendees included the Field Marshal’s aide, Lieutenant General Basem Mohammed Al-Boishi, and Lieutenant General Ayoub Al-Busaifi.
Prominent parliamentary and governmental figures were also present, notably Prime Minister Dr. Osama Hammad and his deputy, Ali Al-Qatrani. From the House of Representatives, the First Deputy Speaker, Fawzi Al-Nouri, and the Second Deputy Speaker, Misbah Duma, were in attendance.
