As part of the ongoing journey of fidelity covering various Libyan governorates, the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Saddam Haftar, conducted a field visit to Al-Jufra municipality. Upon his arrival, he was warmly received by the area’s sheikhs, notables, and youth.
During the meeting, Lieutenant General Saddam Haftar conveyed the greetings and esteem of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, to the people of Al-Jufra, expressing gratitude for their unwavering national stance and consistent support for the armed forces’ endeavours.
Regarding plans, the Deputy Commander-in-Chief asserted that the current phase is decidedly one of actual work and construction. He announced that reconstruction and development projects will commence with decisive steps to ensure Al-Jufra reclaims its status as a vital economic hub connecting the nation’s cities and serving its residents. He concluded by confirming that the leadership’s resolve, coupled with the popular will, will remain the driving forces for continuing the march towards achieving a united Libya characterised by full security and sovereignty.
