Sources confirmed that the Libyan House of Representatives (Majlis Al-Nuwwab) dispatched a high-level delegation to participate in the proceedings of the 28th Summit for Arab-African Investment and International Cooperation, which commenced its activities on Sunday in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
This summit is being organised by the Union of Arab Businesswomen ( Al-Mustathmirat Al-Arab) and is under the patronage of the League of Arab States.
This initiative, which saw participation from numerous Arab and African nations, aims to boost joint investment opportunities and expand the horizons of international partnerships that serve the mutual economic interests of the countries attending the summit.
The official delegation representing Libya at this session comprised members of the House of Representatives: Balghair Al-Shaab, Youssef Al-Farjani, Asmahan Bel’oun, and Aisha Al-Tablki.
The proceedings of the Arab-African Investment and International Cooperation Summit, which began on Sunday, are scheduled to continue until the 22nd of this month, providing an intensive timeframe for bilateral discussions and meetings on the sidelines of the main event
