The unified Libyan National Karate Squad has concluded its impressive campaign at the Arab Nations Championship, hosted in Bejaia, Algeria, achieving a significant sporting milestone. The squad secured a total of 23 medals after four days of competition held at the Tichy Sports Hall, with participation from seven Arab nations.

A delegation of 27 Libyan athletes competed as part of the unified squad in the championship. Their remarkable performance served to highlight the development of Libyan karate and the team’s strong presence on the Arab sporting stage.
The medals were distributed as follows: nine gold medals, with five earned in the Kumite discipline and four in the Kata discipline. Additionally, the team secured 14 silver medals, split evenly with seven silvers in Kumite and seven in Kata.
