A meeting held this Monday morning at the office of Lieutenant General Mohamed Al-Haddad, the Chief of General Staff for the Western Region, focused on exploring mechanisms to strengthen joint action and broaden the scope of military support between Libya and the United Kingdom.
General Al-Haddad received both the new UK Ambassador to Libya, Martin Reynolds, and the British Military Attaché. During the encounter, Al-Haddad affirmed the General Staff’s commitment to continued cooperation. He also welcomed the new ambassador while expressing his appreciation for the efforts made by the previous envoy in advancing the trajectory of Libyan-British relations.
