Libyan House of Representatives Speaker Aguila Saleh met yesterday, Friday, in Athens with Greek Foreign Minister Giorgos Gerapetritis, as part of his official visit to the Hellenic Republic.
The meeting was attended by a parliamentary delegation comprising MPs Saeed Imghib, Ezzedine Buraoui, and Montaser Al‑Hassi, underscoring the institutional nature of the visit and the importance of parliamentary engagement in supporting bilateral ties.
Both sides reviewed ways to enhance relations between Libya and Greece, while also addressing a number of issues of mutual interest, reflecting the commitment of the two friendly nations to expand political and economic cooperation in the period ahead.
