The World Islamic Call Society in Libya has announced the launch of its annual Ramadan program, inviting Quran reciters to register for participation in leading night prayers at the Society’s affiliated mosques outside the country. The announcement was made by Abdulkarim Misbah, Director of the Office of the Board of Directors.
Misbah explained that eligibility requirements include being of Libyan nationality, at least 25 years of age, and successfully passing an oral exam prepared by the Society to assess memorization and mastery of Tajweed.
He noted that the deadline for registration is December 16, urging interested applicants to submit their requests within the announced period.
