The Libyan National Jiu-Jitsu Team has achieved a notable milestone at the African Jiu-Jitsu Championships currently being held in Tunis, Tunisia, bringing its total medal tally to 17 medals (4 gold, 7 silver, 6 bronze) after the penultimate day of competitions.
The team added 7 medals to its count on the second competition day, comprising one gold, four silver, and two bronze medals. The Libyan team currently holds 6th place in the overall championship medal standings.
The continental championships, which span four days, feature nine participating African national teams and are scheduled to conclude later today
