Speaking to al-Manassa, Langi expressed hope that the new year would provide an opportunity to resolve the political deadlock, provided that those in power recognize the severe risks threatening the nation’s integrity. He likened the potential fate of Libya to the fragmentation witnessed in Somalia, Southern Yemen, and Sudan, while noting that Syria and Iraq remain vulnerable to similar trajectories.
Langhi further highlighted a broader strategy to fracture the Arab world into micro-states under global Zionist influence, facilitating the exploitation of regional resources. He argued that unless the current de facto authorities grasp these dangers, Libya will remain trapped in a cycle of instability. He called upon the political elite to place national unity above familial or regional loyalties, cautioning that continued negligence could result in Libya being erased from the global map entirely.

Additionally, Langhi pointed to signs of a “late awakening” among the dominant factions, evidenced by attempts to distance themselves from certain international and regional military alliances to preserve what remains of national sovereignty. While these moves are currently characterized by mistrust, he believes that the shifting regional landscape and the rise of artificial entities will eventually force these groups to unite. He suggested that such pressure would lead to the acceptance of a state founded on the rule of law and comprehensive development.
