The Arab Mini-Football Federation has officially designated the municipality of Zliten as the host for the Arab Champions Clubs Championship, scheduled for September 2026. This selection follows the city’s successful fulfillment of all technical and organizational prerequisites. The tournament is set to feature 12 prominent clubs from across the region, with participating teams arriving from Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt, Sudan, Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates, highlighting the growing popularity of the sport in the Arab world.
Libya will be represented by three local clubs: Al-Afriqi Zliten, Al-Wahda Zintan, and Al-Murooj Al-Marj, providing a vital platform for domestic players to engage with diverse competitive styles.
