In Islamabad this Tuesday, General Saddam Haftar, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, held successive meetings with Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu and Admiral Naveed Ashraf, the respective heads of Pakistan’s Air Force and Navy.
These high-level engagements are part of an official state visit to Pakistan led by Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar. The delegation’s itinerary included a meeting on Monday with General Asim Munir, Chief of Army Staff, at the military’s General Headquarters in Rawalpindi.

Concurrently, General Saddam Haftar’s meeting with Admiral Naveed Ashraf at Naval Headquarters explored avenues for strengthening bilateral defense and military ties, aiming to serve the mutual strategic interests of both nations.
