The Libyan Equestrian Federation solidified its international standing through participation in the General Assembly of Group VII of the International Federation for Equestrian Sports (FEI). Representing Libya, Mr. Abdulmajid Bushkiwa and Dr. Abdulsalam Al-Ujaili engaged in pivotal discussions focused on reviewing technical and organizational frameworks that will shape the sport regionally in the coming years. Central to the agenda were the final preparations for the 2026 World Equestrian Championships and the arrangements for the Group VII Final in the same year, positioning Libyan equestrianism at the heart of global developments.

This participation aims to ensure that Libyan riders and officials remain aligned with the latest legal and technical shifts, fostering local sporting growth according to international standards. Furthermore, it reinforces Libya’s role as an active decision-maker within the Group VII community.
