According to a statement shared by the embassy on “X” to coincide with National Women’s Day, this commitment was highlighted during a meeting between Riccardo Villa, Italy’s Deputy Ambassador to Libya, and Houria Tarmal, the Minister of Women’s Affairs for the Government of National Unity.
