A source close to the Libyan Football Federation has revealed that most of the stadiums accredited for the Libyan Premier League are ready to host the second leg matches at night, coinciding with the holy month of Ramadan. The source explained that the Tobruk and Msaed stadiums will not be able to host matches at night for the time being, due to the lack of a lighting system that meets the legal requirements.

He pointed out that the Libyan Football Federation had previously addressed the Premier League clubs, demanding the necessity of equipping accredited stadiums with lighting systems that comply with specifications, in preparation for scheduling matches in the evening during Ramadan. The source added that matches for clubs whose stadiums do not have adequate lighting will be transferred to the nearest stadium that meets the required technical conditions.
