The visit featured a high-level Libyan delegation comprising several prominent officials, notably Jibril Eshtewi, Director of the Minister of Defense’s Office, and Abd al-Rahman Khamada, Chargé d’Affaires of the Libyan Embassy in Niger, along with accompanying delegation members. This diverse official representation and the delegation’s high caliber reflect the strategic importance that the Government of National Unity places on its relations with Niger. It further underscores Libya’s commitment to activating the highest levels of joint political and security coordination, ensuring constructive dialogue and the development of shared policies across various vital sectors.
