The Royal Jordanian Military College hosted an official ceremony for a new batch of Libyan officers who earned their military university degrees, with the participation of a delegation from the General Command of the Armed Forces led by General Khairi Al-Tamimi, alongside commanders from the Jordanian Armed Forces. The event coincided with the 12th anniversary of the Karama Revolution, reflecting the military’s dedication to developing academically and professionally qualified personnel.
The graduating class consisted of 94 Libyan officers who successfully completed their specialised programs to join various armed forces units. General Al-Tamimi praised the outstanding discipline and academic excellence demonstrated by the graduates throughout their training, noting that their performance proves the ability of Libyan cadres to excel in top-tier regional institutions, while describing them as a valuable asset that will significantly enhance the readiness of the military.
Furthermore, the General Command’s Secretary-General stressed that training officers according to the highest scientific standards is a fundamental pillar of the strategy to modernize the Libyan military institution. He explained that investing in human resources remains a top priority to ensure professional execution of national duties, confirming that the General Command will continue supporting overseas training programs to acquire modern expertise and stay aligned with international standards.
