The Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Saddam Haftar, held a meeting at the General Command headquarters with the commander of the 309th Division and heads of participating brigades for the ” al-Karama Shield 2″ military maneuver. This exercise, considered the largest of its kind in Libya, was the focus of the discussion, where the Deputy Commander-in-Chief reviewed the combat readiness of the units, the general conceptual framework of the maneuver, and the organizational plans for execution.
Lieutenant General Saddam Haftar emphasized the vital importance of maintaining maximum discipline and executing all tactical phases according to the approved schedule. He noted that the maneuver serves as a testament to the high efficiency and advanced capabilities of the Armed Forces in handling complex assignments. He concluded by urging all units to uphold the highest standards of readiness to demonstrate the military’s proficiency and its steadfast commitment to national defense and stability.
