On the upcoming occasion of Eid al-Adha, the Commander-in-Chief of the Libyan Arab Armed Forces, Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, has issued directives to disburse a financial allowance worth 5,000 LYD. This Eid gift is dedicated to the families of martyrs and the wounded personnel of the armed forces, and is being implemented under the direct supervision of First Lieutenant General Saddam Haftar, the Deputy Commander-in-Chief.
The General Command emphasized that this initiative reflects profound gratitude and recognition for the immense sacrifices made by these heroes to defend the homeland, preserve its security, and maintain stability. It also reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to supporting this cherished segment of society and ensuring their continuous care.
This financial support aims to alleviate living expenses and provide vital assistance to the targeted families during major religious and social occasions, underscoring the military institution’s dedication to standing by its people.
