In its statement, the government extended its warmest congratulations to the Libyan people, the Commander-in-Chief of the Libyan Arab Armed Forces, Field Marshal Khalifa Abu al-Qasim Haftar, and all military leaders, officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers.
